Founder | Qualified Mental Health Specialist
As a dedicated wife and mother, Nyirrah brings both personal and professional passion to her role at Speak to MEntal. Since 2016, she has committed herself to providing mentorship and mental health education, working diligently to break the negative stigma surrounding mental health in underserved communities. Her approach is rooted in purpose, not perfection—aiming to offer relatable support that will assist others on becoming mentally successful. She is actively pursuing licensure as a social worker. Nyirrah truly believes in the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and aim to be a positive and empowering part of that village for those She serves.

NaRonn is a husband, father, mentor, and mental health professional with over 7 years of experience supporting youth through coaching and life guidance. His work is driven by a deep belief in the power of consistent mentorship, positive influence, and community-based care. Through his leadership at Speak to MEntal, he strives to create safe spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward mental wellness.
