Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
This role involves leading with advanced clinical insight, overseeing treatment planning, and applying trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. You’ll guide clients through therapeutic interventions while also providing supervision and support to other staff members, helping uphold a high standard of care across the agency. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Licensed Social Workers (LSW)
In this position, you’ll deliver mental health services through assessments, treatment planning, and direct client engagement.
You’ll work alongside other team members to guide individuals through their recovery journey using strength-based and person-centered approaches. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
This role involves offering high-level clinical care, conducting individual and group sessions, and supervising staff as needed. You’ll apply therapeutic expertise to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and achieve lasting change while supporting a collaborative treatment environment. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
This position involves providing supportive counseling that encourage growth, emotional awareness, and improved coping skills. Your role includes developing treatment goals, facilitating individual and group sessions, and helping clients navigate their challenges with guidance and structure. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHS)
In this role, you’ll support the intake and onboarding process for new clients and play an active part in putting treatment plans into action. You’ll work closely with a Licensed staff member to help develop and monitor client goals, deliver supportive services, and document clients progress through detailed reports. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Case Manager
You’ll assess client needs, coordinate community-based services, and support treatment plan follow-through. You’ll serve as a liaison between clients, providers, and external resources, ensuring each person receives the care, referrals, and advocacy needed to work toward their recovery goals. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
Sanitation Specialist
This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. The Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for routine cleaning, disinfecting common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the facility meets health and safety standards. Your attention to detail helps create a space that supports healing and professionalism. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of administration based on agency needs.
